Shipping computers DeadEx

I just built a PC for my neice. I packed it up in the original box the case came in (styrofoam brackets and all) and sealed it, then I put that box inside a bigger box with more styrofoam peanuts to cushion the first box. Taped it all up with almost a whole roll of packing tape.

And FedEx STILL managed to smash the damn thing all up. The front case cover panel is smashed in pieces, the floppy drive front plate is snapped off, and the steel structure of the case itself is actually BENT as if 1000 lbs had been sitting on top of it.

WTF, do they have gorillas loading the FedEx trucks?
