You cannot afford to get confused about which one you are dealing with as there can be small but vital differences between almost identical models, so my advice is keep a cool head do some careful research do not be fooled by red herrings.

You need to have that number and try looking for its corresponding manual and/or manufacturer etc so you can find out about the jumper settings for over-clocking the board and chip.

also try running a search on "overclocking celeron" and just reading around the subject, you will find many of your questions answered and some you hadn't even thought of, as there is a large and verbose community dedicated to o'clocking so you will not have any trouble finding out what you need to know.
