I have a 486 overdrive that is in fact running in a Packard-Bell right now, machine WAS a 486-33 and the processor was a drop-in 66MHz upgrade. Has its own heatsink but no fan, and I would suggest adding a fan for any long-term operation (it gets uncomfortably hot).

Drop me an email if interested, I got it for free in a collection of old boxes that I inherited, and could let it go for the same price...
