Yeah, I see your kinda locked out DNS wise. No MX records being served for the "admin contact" email address. I've been through this with several clients over the years. Best bet is to get ahold of some one at the simplyspace.com hosting company, or a parent company, if possible.

Since the parent registerar is Tucows, it's a long shot but you could try to track down customer support there. Though it looks like they no longer do direct customer support (they used to), they really should have contingency support for a situation where one of their resellers goes down. You do at least have the advantage that your name, and maybe address (not sure), on your admin contact point to you.

I've wasted days fighting to correct issues like this.
