Thanks Dennis... thre problem is that Simplyspace and rawdatasource were operated by Ron as a one man company. Saturday afternoon apparently a blood clot dislodged from a lung (he ad fallen from a ladder and broken 3 ribs) and caused a massive coronary with essentially immediate death.

So now, there is nobody left at the company except for his fiancee who has nothing to do with the entire business and wouldn't even know how to operate a server remotely.. In other words, the only person who had access to the data is deceased....

Getting the domain back seems to be straightforward, it'll be more a pain in the ass to restore the site .. more precisely, it'll be a nightmare..
