I ran CAT5E to 4 places. All work except one. New jacks and plugs, no luck. I put 1K and 2K resisters on the ends of blues and oranges, good resistance on 40-45' run. 2-3 VAC induction. This bad run was run next to good working one all the way. No opens or shorts! What else could it be.? All connected to a new DLink running 2-3 computers. going crazy, please help
