I had him look in the event viewer and we noticed something else
There were many times where there would be about 10 of these errors in rapid succession:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it." attempting to start the service lap with arguments "-Service" in order to run the server....
