So I loaded up a brand new Dell Precision workstation with our traffic software and sent it off to an engineer at another office.
Now he has called me and reported that he gets an error message about 3-10 minutes after having booted up.
wmiprvse.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x7c91103c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate, cancel to debug
He says he just clicks OK and it goes away and he doesn't notice any problems. The only thing he's done since receiving it was to load a few other traffic programs.
I can't find anything about this online. I've found a few other people mentioning the same thing, but no solutions.
