Gunna finally upgrade in a couple weeks and just wanna get some feedback about a couple choices I'm considering. Want a mid to high end gaming system and for graphic design and stuff (3DS, photoshop)

Option 1)
Shuttle SN95G5, Athlon 64 3200, OCZ platinum 512 Meg DDR 400, Raptor 74 Gig SATA, ASUS 6800 GT 128 meg, Samsung 997DF 19" CRT and Zalman CNPS7000 HSF. About $1800 CDN and I'll just keep my old 48x CD-RW drive and upgrade that later, plus be able to pop in a 4000+ cpu down the road.

Option 2)
Keep my Lian Li case, get a Silverstone fanless power supply, MSI Neo 2 platinum and keep everything else same as the list above. That would save me about $100-$150

I'll probably end up getting either the Zalman surround headphones or the Medusa 5.1 surround headphones instead of speakers since my putey room is a weird shape and I couldn't really do a good speaker setup. I'm leaning towards option 1, just not sure how that teeny 240 watt psu will hold up in the Shuttle.
Any advice?
