Sure anythings possible (virus in the BIOS chip) and if you want to check the BIOS chip you could switch them over seeings how you have 2 Mobo's of the same, if yu're willing to risk that move. I'm certain as you are that it's not the battery don't need it in this case. Another thing you could try is to FAT32 the HD and low level it then try an install cause you'll have to anyways if you're going to go with older OS's |
