Bunnies can block air circulation in the Case or prevent Fans from running @ optimum...If you haven't clean it out for few years I would take a look as well as run the Virus Scanner cause there's been quite a few this season.

As Far as buying a Dell 8400 I wouldn't BTA most of us here build our own Rigs and it seem that AMD has finally surpassed Intel so my chose would be with AMD...
