No, you cannot. The i440LX is a 66MHz-bus chipset and will support a maximum of a Pentium II 333MHz processor.

There are some possibilities for upgrading your system if you wish to replace the motherboard, but if the remainder of your hardware is of roughly the same age as the motherboard and CPU, to get any significant upgrade you could effectively end up replacing most of the major system components.

If you are on a very tight budget, post your complete system specifications and we can try to assess your potential upgrade options. If, however, you can budget for a new system purchase, I personally would recommend doing that.
