Could be a memory problem, an overheating problem, an IRQ conflict, a weak power supply, an incorrect BIOS setting or some other gremlins.
What brand is your 512MB,PC2100 memory? What are your memory settings in the BIOS?
What temp is your CPU running at? Is the room temperature hot? What is your CPU voltage set to?
What is the brand and Wattage of your power supply?
Which PCI slot do you have the SB Live! installed in? Do you have USB and all serial ports enabled?
Do you have the RAID controller enabled?
How do you arrange your drives? HDD master IDE 1 / CD drive master IDE 2?
Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to get the wheels turning. Can't overlook anything.
