Are you overclocking the board. If you are, crank it back down a notch or back to the rated CPU speed.
If you are running 133 mem-speed, back it off to 100. Try a few days of booting cold and see if that works.
Also, how old is the board? Is it losing time? I had a three year old board's battery die and it hinted at it's early stages by not booting properly due to lost bios settings.
