MoBo Problem ?????

I have a 900 T-Bird on a MSI Pro-2-A with an ATI All-In-Wonder, 256 MB RAM running 98SE. I am having trouble getting it to boot every morning. Guess that is one reason to let it run 24/7 !!!!!

I turn on the monitor and then hit the power switch. It will never boot the first time, the fans run and no boot screen. So I hold the power button in 5 secs and shut it down. Then I power it back on and it may boot this time, but lately won't boot only about 1 out of 5 times.

I have tried all of these things- changed video cards, changed power supplies, removed cards except video, disconnected drives except HD and floppy, removed and reinstalled RAM in different configurations and the problem hasn't gone away.

Anyone think that the MoBo is bad? After it once is booted , it works great. Once a week it may lose video while surfing and it acts the same as booting up.
