It caused my system to hang on shutdown, repeatably. So I reserved the crowded IRQ in BIOS and this caused two devices to use this and all the rest to move into a new IRQ !

So it does have an effect, & it is bad bad IRQ *wags finger at IRQ*

I reckon it is the SBLive as their drivers are rubbish and they are known IRQ and system hogs.

One of the main reasons I am looking for an acoustic edge or some other alternative, anything but creative.
