I have that "system" hang at shutdown on Sonny's machine in XP Pro. Everything has it's very own IRQ there. But TweakXP says to enable APM..which wasn't so I did. Course he hasn't shut the thing down since I did that. I still think on his it's a good possibility it's the live, but it is on a seperate IRQ.PITA at times.
