Another possibility is that you are overloading the power supply. I tried searching your model on the web and it seems a lot of people had trouble upgrading that system due to the weak power supply, and p/s failures seem common. Given that you appear to have upgraded the processor, memory, and cd drive in your box, it's something to consider.
