Do not trust something cause its new. & maybe you can turn off the CPU checker voice stuff in CMOS setup & your problem may go away ?.
We like ASUS & MSI & put up with ABit MoBo's here.
Like Ben said the MoBo should be checked before replacing any thing else, that voice thing is new & may have bugs.
