I don't know the specifics on the P2B and Coppermine support, but this much I can tell you: Your processor is multiplier locked at 7.5x. You cannot change it. The only way to over- or under-clock the CPU is through FSB changes. Manually setting the multiplier on the board or slocket will have no impact on that 7.5x value.
