I have one but it's downstairs running a 533 C2 at 800 and I don't feel like crawling downstairs.
Wow, long winded though.
Get an ISA video card and you'll be able to see the screen probably.
If not, copy your old bios to a floppy and make an auto exec .bat that tells it to flash the bios

Besides that..
Find out if one of the computer stores around you has one they are RMAing and buy their chip
