You can always try shorting Pin 2 and 3 on the BIOS chip for a brief second when you turn on the computer to force loading of the minimum boot block that should give you access to the floppy and ISA bus. So if you have an ISA video card, you would have floppy and video which is enough to flash the BIOS again.
