monitor problems2(post)

haha hey guys..i put in a new vid card on my computer and now the thingy dont turn on..theres no click anymore when i turn the monitr on..i know its not workign cuz the green power light doesnt even turn orange you know when theres no computer attached...my monitor displays a "no input" window when its off the hook and now it doesnt display it anymore..i was using a pci vid card when it was working and i put in a tnt2 16mb agp card...also i have anoher monitor that does work wiht both the pci and agpp card..and i also have another computer that i plugged my sony monitor into and noting appears..wtf?...the other computer is a NEC wiht bulit in video..anyone know whats going on? is my monitor dead???? please say no...
