just put a new fan blowing directly on the backside of the cpu, with some great results. my full load temps with a chrome orb are 134 F. Installed a blowhole with a panflow case fan and they dropped to 116 full load. Put another on the backside which seemed hot to the touch. And the temps dropped to 96F full load. Seems a bit drastic, does anyone else think this could be actually cooling the temp sensor rather than the cpu. But anything to get hot air out of this POS cramped case has got to be good.

System is duron 700 clocked at 950 1.85v
