Depends where the source antenna is and what's blocking it. Do you have a line-of-sight path between somewhere on the exterior of the house and somewhere on the exterior of the office? If so, that's where the two bridge devices would need to go for optimum signal. Ideally this should be a little below the roofline and possibly even under an eave overhang.

Of course, if you own all of the land between the two buildings, the backup option is to rent a Ditch Witch and buy a 1000' roll of direct-bury Cat5e or Cat6 cable, then connect an ethernet surge supressor on either end followed by a cheap 100Mb switch. Net cost would probably be the same as two $250 WiFi boxes, though, plus the chiropractor's time...
