sure, just do everything as if you are doing a fresh install, that is, skip the first "repair" option but then, once it prompts you that there is already an operating system installed and whether you want to repair it or do a fresh installation, use the "repair" option, at which point it will back up your existing install, then install a fresh copy and update all paths and registry entries so that everything is like it was before it crashed. |
