OK I want to change my motherboard (a Gigabyte AMD 690V) with a new one, but I was thinking ion upgrading the CPU also and swich to Intel, si what should I chose from these ones:

Lga 775
Motherboard:MSI P43 NeoF
CPU:Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2160 1.8GHz Allendale (and of course I will try to overclock it to 3GHz+)

AM2:

Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-MA770-DS3
CPU: My current Athlon X2 5200+@3GHz

So wich one will be more powerfull, I was thinking the Intel one, but I'm not am expert,

the rest of my system is a ATi HD4850 video card and 4GB DDR2 800 memory
