Wow that 165 CPU looks just like my 175 except my voltage is lowwer & my system is not over clocked. My cache looks different as I am using an older CPU_Z.
Ya my system acted up over time & I traced it down to the audio card needs reseating often. Whats weird is since I switched to the PCI E video card (dropping the AGP) I have not needed to reseat that audio card.
