In your shoes I would consider the CPU at the link, the only catch might be a good MoBo may cost more. The new intel CPU's the core 2 (duo or extreme) are better then the old faster models, only I dont know the difference between this & the 641. I assume the core 2 duo would beat the 641 bad.
