hi dude!
as far as i know,if you want to overclock this CUP,it take some risk,cos the Pentium is not like the Celeron,which is konwn safe and steadily to overclock.But since you just want to overclock a little bit,i don't think it gonna bring the serious result,cos the motherboard can protect it from damage.according my countrymen(i am chinese),if you just rise 20%,even it is Pentium, it is considable safe.
And by the way,I am very curious,why you still use Pentium III 1.0Ghz?which country you from?
