Depending on the Type of PSU would matter as well...most common now would be the ATX Plug (MoBo)...20 Pin + the the 12v-4Pin which started with the Intel P4's. You can get em combined 24Pin or 24+4 Pin nowadays.
There's a FLAT looking one which is the ATX auxiliary power connector which I think actually came from it's predecessor the AT PSU...then the Breakdown which you gave and the PSU's are adding SATA plus PCI-e Vid card power leads...Floppy leads can be used for Sound Vid and Aux Card as well...like a Firewire or Scuz Card...
Not to sure about the mBTX Cases and PSU but it'll be similar
