LoL but not so funny if this was me. I never heard of such bad quality that the only two ends on a cap both fall off. If that cap truly fell off do to bad soldier joints like that & not bad handling, I would RMA that card so fast. Odds are theres more waiting to fall off & only needs alittle more time.
