That in keeping DOS ready I have been limited to 768 MB of RAM & usually in 3 256 MB packs. Thou I switched to WIN 98 SE I never tested if I could got to I gig or higher. Actually back in the BX chipset & intel CPU's I was doing 1 gig of RAM then, but as soon as I switched to AMD CPU's I needed to back off to 768 MB's as windows frooze every time. & I do my part in supporting AMD when ever I can.
