We have "Controlled Substances legislation" which covers most drugs ,Legal or otherwise.In theory ,most are legal;I,ts a matter of whether you are licensed to handle and use a "Restricted Substance".As with you "beer and wine" can be home Brewed;and in some States the penalty for Marijuana is lessened to a minor penalty for possession and cultivation;But cultivation of it and Tobacco and Opium poppies are all "Naughty" depending on how much you grow!
