Blond biaches with a cell phone in an SUV are the predominant traffic participant at least on the country roads. Just because we have a few days of winter every year, they all think they need an SUV or else they have one friend whom they never visit anyways who lives out on a farm...

Right at my house, speed limit is 45 and no passing and the 3 out of four cars that pass me in that area going some 70 mph are women with little kids crawling all over the back seats... no seatbelts ..

I am always thinking that at some point Darwin's law will strike but that may be 2-3 generations out. Ditto to the Screen Stopping..
