I think it's a general practice. Because someone else said they would charge 10% to count it. But since we have an account there, have "The Club" which also lets us have free notary service, life insurance, checks,Cashier's checks etc, could be why we didn't have to pay it. Can't remember if faxes are free too or not.
Been too long since I sent one out from there.
