AFAIK you have no viable upgrade options. The 1.13GHz part was the fastest Pentium3 which is readily available (server versions to 1.4GHz were produced but they are difficult to obtain and expensive, and may not be supported by your laptop). The Skt370 Celerons (to 1.4GHz) have less cache and no hardware prefetch.

In short, if your laptop is no longer fast enough to meet your needs, then you need to by a faster laptop.
