Last time I talked to the ALI bigwigs, they were going to ditch AMD completely and concentrate on Intel only... that was a flop I think, and a flop on top of the other.
Then they spun off the Trident division and transfer / put some of their best people like Phil Leung in charge of selling a no-product.
Meanwhile, the guy who used to sell ASICs is taking over and he has no clue what so ever. There are a few people who I really like and have known for many years now but those in the top echelon are just career stallions and nothing else.
