My midis still play - but Windows will not save the webpage correctly!
I just tried again - opened the page

The background midi played fine. I clicked "File" - "Save As" and saved it to my Desktop.
I open the page - no background sound. Here is the source code for the sound: (using + instead of < )

The midi also is NOT in the file folder.
