Will you ever need physical access to the server? if not, have a look at rackspace.com
Otherwise, you might consider buying a complete server already from appro.com for example...
If you still want to build the server yourself:
- you'll need a riser card for the pci to add card
- integrated lan and grafx is quite useful
- dual powersupplies in the case if the server must not fail
- and when we're on it already, use linux!
