I assume you are using the right divider on the Buss for PCI & AGP & BTW you should be running at 849 or 850 for a 566 chip. Try backing down to 100 MHz on the Buss. If that fails try backing down to 566 & see if that fixes the problem. Still could be the drivers but you will know the problem should not be your CPU or your OC.
