board? Hey they are supposed to ship with the CMOS jumper in the clear position. You don't change it you have NADA. No fans, no PS fans no nothing. PC Chips are the same way. Although my last ECS I just moved the jumper and didn't pay any attention. NADA...oops it was in the right position in the first place.So I moved it back and wala Lights camera action.
