is solved. She bent a pin in the KB connector.(It's all the way down and touching the pin next to it.) So more than likely it blew the controller again but will find out later today. Maybe I can bypass with USB? I can hope.
Her Power reads 124-128 on the line. A little high but at least not low voltage. She wanted to make sure that wasn't causing a problem over time. That's constant to all outlets in her house tho.All appliances are doing fine with it.
