Just upgraded my system and reloaded OEM WinXP Pro and OEM Office XP, no problems activating whatsoever. The only things I didn't change out was the NIC, Memory, DVD, CD Burner and the peripherals. New HD's, Processor, Motherboard, Video Card. Last time I loaded it was October, so I suppose the 6 month upgrade rules by M$ were actually correct.
