I think you have it UP but I am stumped as to the ACPI (I have never used this) or whatever it is is called, on the # 9 IRQ in the first place as thats the IRQ that steers all the IRQ's above which would slow all the high IRQ's not very good. To release more IRQ's on my sytem I disabled the 2 serial ports, printer & USB ports. The printer & USB will be turned back on later.
