Win2K compatibilty built-in. Most of the games now are coming out with Win95/Win98/Win2000/WinXP stamped on the box. So, I doubt he would have a problem with compatibilty with it. But that probably rules out the Admin privledges out, seeing as one game works. There aren't too many games that (I have found) will work without Admin privledges.
