May I ask in your opinion what is wrong with (voting with our money) for the underdog & going with the best deal ?
Surely you have seen that with AMD around & really in the game this time that the prices Intel charges for CPU's have gone way down over past pratices with no one even coming close to cutting into there profits. Some of us whom have been into computers along time feel like we have been ripped off big time & we were.
I can even change this argument over to MicroSoft & Windows as there is no AMD of OS yet &
MS is robbing us blind & everyone bends over & jumps on the latest bandwagon. OS's use to cost us $80 & upgrades patches were free or much cheaper. Whole countries & copy cats theifs have been stealing from MS for years & we have to pay the price. Also when Gate's feel guilty he gives away 1 billioin dollars. With the new OS MS will make even more money & I do not see a better deal for us who have helped keep MS a float & in bussiness (rich) all these years. We need a better cheaper Windows.
Anyways its always the way you look @ things that dermines how we react to products.
I could go on & on & on.
