I have this card and it seems to work just fine under XP running in 5.1 mode on my Klipsch Pros. However, in the into soundtrack/music to some things like games I seem to get slight cracking/popping noises. Once into the main programs everyting is peachy.

Main perk: It doesn't come with all the SB crap and try to infest itself into evry registry file in the OS, or at least I haven't noticed that it has.
