That might be going beep beep beep if the pin is not shorted, you may have to clear the CMOS,
also are you sure you are using the right type proper voltage & size ram as I have seen weird sizes lately, the RAM modual should not slide in to easy it should require some force. If you have the MoBo manual see if it can handle RAM the size you need total & pull out the good ones & put in the 2 new ones in the good slots.
