Good idea, BH.
I know this will sound dumb, but I never even considering placing the zip on a seperate ide channel in my own comp.

The majority of my drives/cd are on scsi; when I install ide, Iput my ls-120 and zip on the same ide cable together. My ide hard drives and cd go on the same cable.
